Interested Bidders will be required to make payment of Kshs.2,500.00 [non-refundable] for each tender document purchased. The money will be deposited at ABSA BANK KENYA PLC, Kisumu branch via Account number 0091013215. The relevant tender documents with detailed specifications shall be picked from our office at the UNIM Research & Training Center [within Lumumba Sub County Hospital compound] during working hours between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm upon production of original cash deposit slips.
All applicants must include with each application:
- Certificate of registration /incorporation
- Valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
- Current County Government businesses permit.
- Audited financial statements for the last two years
- Certificate or authorization letter of distributorship for Laboratory and medical supplies.
- Letter from a professional body or Association
Applications for each category tendered for must be placed in separate sealed envelopes and MARKED ACCORDINGLY and Placed in the tender box at our UNIM Research Training Center by 2.00pm on Thursday 17th August 2023. Tender documents will be opened immediately thereafter and interested bidders are invited to witness.
Nyanza Reproductive Health Society reserves the right to accept or reject in full or part any tender application and is not bound to give reasons for its decisions.
