SUPPLY OF GOODS, SERVICES AND WORKS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2022/2023
The Automobile Association of Kenya (AA Kenya) is a National Motoring Association dedicated to promoting and safeguarding the interests and safety of motorists since 1919. Our services include: Towing and Recovery, motor Vehicle Inspection and Valuation, Driving School, Driver Assessments and Recruitment, Touring and Licensing (International Driving Permits, and Carnet de Passage or Car Passports), Smart Driving Programs, Fleet Management and Insurance.
AA Kenya wishes to invite bids for the Pre-qualification of Suppliers for the supply and provision of goods, services and works for the financial year ending 2022/2023.
A list of goods, services and works and tender documents have been uploaded on our website. Interested candidates may obtain the list and tender documents from the AA Kenya website through this link, www.aakenya.co.ke.
Completed tender documents enclosed in plain sealed envelopes bearing no indication of the name must reach the office at the address given below, on or before 1.00 pm on Tuesday,16th March 2022. Documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives at the same address.
All bidders are required to pay a non-refundable fee of KES.3,000.00 to Paybill Number 552692, use the name of the tendering organisation as your account name. A copy of confirmation of payment should be enclosed in the bid documents.
Our current service providers and suppliers are required to participate in order to be considered. Any canvassing or provision of false information will lead to automatic disqualification.
