PRE QUALIFICATION TO TENDER FOR CONSTRUCTION WORKS

Sanivation partners with local governments to help clean up cities. We develop waste to value sanitation solutions and have already built three fecal sludge treatment plants in Kenya. We are looking for local construction partners nationally, and particularly in the following counties; Malindi, Taita-Taveta and Kisumu

Sanivation invites bids from interested and eligible bidders with both technical and financial capacity to pre-qualify for the construction of small to medium-sized fecal sludge treatment plants in various counties within Kenya.

The detailed bid documents can be downloaded for free from https://sanivation.com/naivasha or may be obtained at our offices at a cost of kshs 1000. Contractors who meet the minimum criteria are hereby invited to submit bids with the following documents attached:

1. a)Company incorporation certificate
2. b)Valid tax compliance certificate
3. c)Be registered by NCA under class NCA4 and above (all categories)
4. d)Brief Company profile
5. e)Evidence of at least three completed projects of a similar nature and complexity costing not less than Kshs 100Million for builder’s works and Ksh25 million for services works each in the last five years.
6. f)Annual audited accounts for the last three accounting years.
7. g)A statement of the litigation history of the firm (both court and arbitration)

The bid submission will be done electronically via an online link at www.sanivation.com to be received by Sanivation no later than Friday, 2nd Oct 2020 at 12:00

noon.
