Tenders must attach:
- Certified Copy of VAT and Pin Registration Certificate.
- Certified Copy of Business registration Certificate/Certificate of incorporation.
- Valid CR12 Certificate or equivalent for limited companies.
- Certified copy of current single business permit.
- Copy of valid registration with NCA, KCAA, AIB, ERC or AGP0 certificate where applicable.
- Certified copy of valid KRA tax compliance certificate.
- Proof of financial capability/Sound bank statement.
- Proof of Past Work experience.
- Any other requirement as stated in tender/Prequalification documents.
Detailed tender documents can be obtained from Gichugu NG-CDF office. Complete tender documents submitted in plain sealed envelope clearly marked with the TENDER NUMBER should be deposited in the tender box situated at Gichugu NG-CDF office, Kianyaga on or before 14th June 2023 at 10.00 AM. A receipt will be issued upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ksh 1,000 per document/category.
The prequalification documents will be opened on 14th June 2023 at 10.00AM in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who will attend.
The above reserved TENDERS will give preference to youth, women and persons living with disability.
