The County Government of Kitui through the department of economic planning and budgeting invites Request for Proposal (RFP) from eligible consultants/candidates in preparation of the third Generation County Integrated Development Plan (2022-2027) for Kitui.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Interested bidders should note that only those who meet the criteria indicated below as minimum, supported by the relevant documents at submission will be considered for further evaluation:
- Provide copies of Company registration, Business permit/Licence, VAT/ PIN and valid TAX Compliance Certificate;
- Bidders are required to comply with section 74(1) (i) of the PPAD Act, 2015 that makes it a mandatory t “requirement of serialisation/pagination of pages by the bidder” for each bid submitted.
- The Tender Form and Confidential Business Questionnaire must be fully filled and signed by authorized person(s) with full names of Directors/Owner(s);’and copies of company registration Certificate (CR12) or Business Name Registration Certificate and ID Cards of the Director(s)/Owner(s) must be attached.
Eligible candidates may download the Tender Documents from the Kitui County Website
(www.kitui.go.ke), IFMIS PORTAL: www.treasury.go.ke (http://www.treasurv.qo.ke)and National Government Portal (www.tenders.go.ke ) using unique IFMIS negotiation numbers indicated above with effect from Wednesday 2nd November 2022. After downloading the tender documents bidders are requested to present their Particulars to the Supply Chain Management Office for registration, either online through (Procurement@kitui.go.ke )or physically to the Procurement office at The County Treasury.
Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening. Complete tender documents MUST be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke(http://www.supplier.treasury.go.ke). As per the requirements contained in the document so as to be received on or before Friday 11th November 2022 at 12.00 Noon. MANUAL SUBMISSIONS will not be accepted. All tenders must be submitted through the IFMIS platform.
