RUIRU SPORTS CLUB (RSC] deriving its beauty from a course view of the Mua Hills of Machakos and the Aberdare Range visibly seen on a dear day. The club offers a range of services and amenities to its members which include: golf- course, tennis and bowling sports, shooting practice range, events ground and catering services. In order to be future proof and be able to cater for the different tastes and preferences of its members, the club has ambitions expansion plans to enable it to meet these needs.
RSC hereby invites tenders from interested firm (bidders] to apply for prequalification as suppliers for goods, works and services for the period 1st January 2022 to 31st December 2023 .in the categories below.
Suppliers who qualify for any of the categories may apply for pre-qualification. Pre-qualification documents are obtainable at RSC reception upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kes 1500 per category via M-pesa paybill number [657846] account number (the supplier’s company name)
Duly completed pre-qualification documents clearly indicating reference number and item description should be e-mailed to procurementrsc@gmail.com or be deposited in the tender box at Ruiru Sports Club along Thika Road Ruiru at the reception desk on or before Monday 15th November 2021 at 12:00 Noon.
Canvassing in whatever way will render the prospecting bidders/applicants ineligible for application
