Tenders are invited from eligible firms for Provision of Goods and Services on ‘AS AND WHEN REQUIRED
BASIS’ for the period ending 30th June, 2024 for tenders and period ending 30th June 2025 for prequalification.

Tenders No. 1 bidders should be Underwriters only.
Prices quoted should be net, must be in Kenya Shillings and remain valid for one hundred and eighty
(180) days from the closing date of tender.
Completed Tender Documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked “TENDER NO………
……………….”and “TENDER NAME …….” accompanied by security in the form and amount specified in
the tender documents, should be addressed to:-

before 16th May, 2023 at 1000hrs.
The tender closing will be on 16th May, 2023 at 1000hrs while the opening of tenders will be on diverse
dates as follows:-
On 17th May, 2023 at 0830 hours Tender Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 16.
On 18th May, 2023 at 0830 hours Tender Nos. 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 17, 18 and 19.
On 19th May, 2023 at 0830 hours Tender Nos. 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 20.
The candidates or their representatives interested in witnessing the tender closing and opening are
welcome.
