1. Kenyatta University intends to prequalify suppliers for supply and delivery of PROVISION OF
PHARMACY SERVICES. The tender is open to all eligibleapplicants as per prequalification data
sheet (PDS) on page 16-17.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents at Procurement Department Room No.9 on ground floor at Central
Administration Complex during office hours from 0800 to 1700hours at the address given
below.
3. A complete set of Prequalification Document in English may be purchased or obtained by interested
applicants upon payment of a non-refundable fees of Kenya shillings 1000.00 (one thousand)

4. Prequalification Document may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website:

FREE OF CHARGE. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their
particulars immediately to procurement@ku.ac.ke to facilitate any further clarification or
addendum.
5. Applications for prequalification should be submitted by postal service, or hand/courier delivery,
clearly marked envelopes and delivered to the address given below by Tuesday 21st FEBRUARY
at 10.00 am.
6. Late applications will be rejected.
