Kenya Institute for the Blind [KIB] is a public institution under the Ministry of Education that is mandated to transcribe and produce appropriate and accessible teaching and learning materials; provide educational rehabilitation, compensatory skills and training; provide assistive technology and devices; and offer library and information services to learners and other persons with visual impairment. The Institute invites applicants from eligible candidates / firms for Prequalification/ Registration of suppliers for the Financial Year 2020-2021/2021-2022.

Pre-qualification/Registration documents may be downloaded free of charge from the institute’s website: www.keib.or.ke.
Applicants who download the document should download the registration form from the Institute website, fill and submit the form online to email address procurement@keib.or.ke.
Filled and Completed Pre-qualification/Registration documents Indicating the item description and Category number shall be submitted online on email: procurement@keib.or.ke. To be received on or before 20th August 2020 by 10.30 am.
The applications will be downloaded and processed immediately after the closing date and time. Late applications will not be accepted.
NOTE: Hard copies of documents will not be collected or delivered at the Institute due to the prevailing COVID -19 Pandemic situations.
