KENYA DIABETES MANAGEMENT AND INFORMATION CENTRE TENDER NOVEMBER 2023 

PREQUALIFICATION FOR SUPPLY OF GOODS WORKS AND SERVICES FOR FINANCIAL YEARS 2024/2025

Kenya Diabetes Management and Information Centre (DMI Centre] was established in 1999 as Charitable Organization with the objective of creating awareness of diabetes and its management. DMI Centre also empowers people with diabetes, provides screening on diabetes, hypertension & body weight, raises funds to support projects, facilitates training among peer educators & health care providers and conducts research to assist in the management of diabetes.

DMI Centre develops documents and delivers comprehensive programmes for creating public awareness in and for prevention, diagnosis and management of diabetes. DMI Centre also provides services to people living with diabetes, their care-givers, healthcare professionals the community in general and other stakeholders involved in diabetes management.

We are in the process of identifying individuals/firms that have the required mandatory and technical threshold to offer supply and delivery of various categories of goods, works and services. Eligible firms and individuals are invited to apply for pre-qualification in providing various supplies for the period 2023/2024.

Completed pre­qualification documents to be put in a plain sealed envelope clearly indicating pre-qualification number and category being applied for. The envelope should be deposited in the tender box at our Head office located at Jadala Place 2nd floor office 2.1, along Ngong Lane, off Ngong Road. By 13th December 2023 at 10.00 addressed to:

Those interested shall be required to pay a non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Kenya Shillings Only (Kshs. 2,000/-] per category applied for through a bankers’ cheque drawn in favour of Kenya Diabetes Management and Information Centre and obtain an official receipt at DMI Centre offices between 9.00 am to 4.00 pm (Monday to Friday]
