Tender Documents with Detailed Specifications & Tendering Conditions may be obtained from our Qwetu Sacco Plaza, Ground Floor during normal working hours or can be sent directly to your email address upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs 1,500 for one set of documents Per Sub-category by cash at Qwetu Sacco Ltd FOSA or Payable via MPESA through Paybill No 129104, A/c No. #0006.
A completed Tender document must be enclosed in plain sealed envelope, marked by the relevant Tender No. and addressed to The Chairman, Qwetu SACCO Society Limited, and be deposited in the tender box located at Qwetu Sacco Plaza, Ground Floor during normal working hours.
The deadline for participation in the pre-qualification exercise is 30th November 2022 on or before 4.00 PM Friday. The prequalification documents will then be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Candidates or their Representatives who choose to attend at QWETU Sacco Limited Board Room.
Current suppliers and service providers are required to participate in order to be considered. All applicants who duly complete the pre-qualification process will be notified on the outcomes of their applications after completion of the Evaluation process.
INVITATION TO TENDER FOR DISPOSAL OF BOOKSHOP
TENDER NO. QWETU/BK/01/2022
Qwetu Sacco Society Limited invites sealed bids from eligible candidates to bid for tender for disposal of Taita-Taveta Bookshops in Voi, Mwatate, Wundanyi & Taveta in whole or separate units.
Tender Documents with detailed specifications & tendering conditions may be obtained from our respective Taita-Taveta Bookshops during normal working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs 1,500 via MPESA through Paybill No 129104, A/c No. #0006.
Bidders may view the tendered bookshops at each respective branch in Voi, Mwatate, Wundanyi & Taveta during normal working hours.
A completed tender document must be enclosed in plain sealed envelope, marked by the relevant Tender No. and addressed to The Chairman, Qwetu SACCO Society Limited, and be deposited in the tender box located at Qwetu Sacco Plaza, Ground Floor during normal working hours so as to be received on or before 30th November 2022 at 4pm.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend the opening in the Qwetu SACCO Plaza Boardroom. All tenders must be filled in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers.
Qwetu Sacco Society Limited reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and may annul the tendering process and reject all tenders at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers.
