PREQUALIFICATION FOR VALUERS FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF NAIROBI PENSION SCHEME 2007

1. The University of Nairobi Pension Scheme 2007 intends to prequalify Valuers who will be enlisted in a panel to provide valuation services to Scheme Members interested in acquiring properties.
2. The Prequalification Document may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website procurement.uonbi.ac.ke or http://tenders.go.ke. Applicants who download the Prequalification Document must forward their particulars immediately to directorsupplychain@uonbi.ac.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
3. Applications for prequalification should be submitted by postal service, or hand/courier delivery, clearly marked envelopes and delivered to the address given below on or before 21st June 2022. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.

5. Applications will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Applications will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ or designated representatives who choose to attend. Late applications are liable to be rejected.
