 Prequalification Of Building Services Firms AND Consultants

COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF KISUMU

Introduction

The Kisumu County Government has various ongoing and planned infrastructure projects. Engagement of building services is required both as firms and individual consultants to supplement County’s own internal technical staff capacity to undertake the various design and supervision components

1. Kisumu County HEREBY invites sealed bids from reputable interested competent FIRMS AND INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANTS to prequalify for engagement on need by need basis for the following building services:

2. The Prequalification document may be obtained free of charge between 08.00hours and 1600 hours on all working days from the County Procurement Department or downloaded from the official County’s website ; www.kisumu.go.ke.
3. Complete Bid Documents enclosed in plain sealed envelopes and clearly marked as per the instructions in the bid document.
4. Bulky documents that cannot be deposited in the Tender Box can be physically delivered to Kisumu County, Procurement office and dearly marked on the envelope as required.

Mandatory requirements for Firms

Tenderers must include the following information and documents with their tenders:

1. Certified copy of certificate of Incorporation
2. Certified Copy of Valid Registration certificate with BORAQS.IEK
3. VAT pin registration
4. A copy of valid Tax compliance Certificate from the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA)
5. Certified copy of recent CR12 FORM from registrar of companies
6. Certified copy of single business permit preferably from Kisumu County Government
7. Certified copy of relevant work (Small works and engineering) certificate of registration for access to government procurement opportunities from the Ministry of National Treasury for tenders in the special Categories.
8. Audited Accounts for the last Three years

Completed Tender Documents and Proposals are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Tender name, reference number and category post respectively and deposited in the Tender box located at the Main Reception, County Government of Kisumu Headquarters, Prosperity House 2^nd Floor or to be addressed to the:
