The National Transport and Safety Authority invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for the below-listed tenders:

Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents at the Procurement Office, National Transport and Safety Authority’s Headquarters, 8th floor, 316 Upper Hill Chambers, 2nd Ngong Avenue during official working hours- (8.00am – 1.00pm, 2.00pm – 5.00pm).
A complete set of tender documents in English may be downloaded from our website at http://www.ntsa.go.ke or http:// www.tenders.go.ke free of charge. Bidders who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@ntsa.go.ke for record and communication of any tender clarifications/addendums.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with the tender reference number and be deposited in the Tender Box on 8th floor, 316 UpperHill Chambers, 2nd Ngong Avenue Nairobi or to be addressed to the Director General, P.O Box 3602-00506 Nairobi to be received on or before date and time indicated in the table above. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at the Conference Room located on 9th Floor, 316 Upper Hill Chambers.
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs and must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 126 days from the closing date of the tender. Bidders must ensure that each bid submitted is serialized from the first to the last page including any attachments.
Interested bidders are required to continually check the National Transport and Safety Authority Website http://www.ntsa.go.ke for any additional information/clarification that may arise before the submission date.
Any canvassing or giving of false information will lead to automatic disqualification.
