Interested Bidders are required to submit the following mandatory statutory documents among other requirements.
- Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
- Copy of incorporation / Business Reg. certificate
- Copy of valid KRA Pin.
Youth, Women and Persons with disability must attach valid certificate (AGPO)
Tender documents maybe collected from the school finance office during normal working hours 8:00 am – 5.00Pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee_of Ksh. 1000/= per tender document.
Complete tender documents in sealed plain envelopes clearly marked ‘Tender number’ should be deposited in the Tender box placed at the Reception by Tuesday 20/6/2023 at 10.00 A.M. Opening of the Tenders will be done on the same day.
Prices quoted must be inclusive of taxes and all costs of delivery to the School where applicable.
