Or be placed in the tender box at the Administration Block not later than Thursday, March 5, 2020 at 12.00 noon. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the College’s Boardroom in the presence of the tenderers or their representative who choose to attend. The College reserves the right to accept or reject any tender either in part or whole and give reasons for the same.
