VSF Germany is an international Non-Governmental Organization, providing humanitarian aid and development assistance to pastoralists and vulnerable communities in areas where livestock is of importance. VSF Germany invites application from interested eligible firms for pre-qualification of suppliers to be included in the VSF Germany’s suppliers list from 2021 – December, 2025. Information on the categories is available at VSFG’s website.
Interested firms should either collect the prequalification documents free of charge from VSF Germany’s office during office hours

Prequalification documents must be submitted in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked

The prequalification documents should be deposited in the tender box at VSF Germany’s office during office hours or sent by post to the address indicated above. They should be submitted and received not later than Friday, 19th February, 2021 at 4.00pm. The prequalification documents will be opened at VSF Germany’s office on Monday 22nd February, 2021 at 11.00am in absence of the bidders, this is in adherence to MOH guidelines. The tender outcome will be communicated to the bidders through their email addresses.
VSFG reserves the right to accept or reject the applications and is not obliged to assign reasons
for its decision thereof. Any canvassing or late tenderers will lead to automatic disqualification.
