QWETU SACCO SOCIETY LIMITED TENDER 2020 

Qwetu Sacco Society Limited is a licensed Deposit-Taking Sacco with its membership spread across the country and abroad.

The society invites applications for pre-qualification of interested and competent firms duly registered and VAT compliant for the provision of goods, works and services for the period commencing 1^st January, 2021 to 31st December, 2021 inclusive of delivery costs for goods.

Tender documents with detailed specifications and tendering conditions may be obtained from our Wundanyi Head office Office Mezzanine Floor during normal working hours or can be sent directly to your email address upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000 for one set of document per each tender by cash at Qwetu Sacco Fosa or  payable via Mpesa through Paybill No 129104, A/c No. 023008S01.

Completed Tender documents to be put in two plain sealed envelopes clearly marked Tender NO…….For Period 2021 while the inner envelop bears the address of the sender indicating the respective category and reference number for the item and should be deposited in the Tender Box at the Qwetu Sacco head office ground floor or sent by  registered mail to:

So as to be received on or before 4.00 PM Tuesday 10^th November 2020. The prequalification documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at QWETU Sacco Limited Board Room 1st Floor.

All candidates whose applications will have been received before the closing date and time will be advised in due course of the results of their applications.

QWETU Sacco reserves the right to accept or reject any application either in part or wholly and is not bound to give reasons whatsoever for its decision.
