The interested eligible bidders may obtain the prequalification documents containing full details and condition of tendering from Institute’s website www.ktvc.ac.ke or from procurement office upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs 1000 [those bidders who download from the website will pay kshs 1000 upon submission of the documents]

Duly completed tender forms in plain sealed envelopes bearing specific tender number should be addressed to the undersigned or be deposited in the tender box at the administration block on or before 28th May, 2021 at 10.00 am. Tenders will be opened soon after closing in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose to attend, late bids will be returned unopened.
