Mafanikio SACCO in Mombasa is seeking to pre-qualify Suppliers for various goods and services for the year 2022-2023.

Requirements:
- Certificate of Incorporation
- PIN and VAT Certificates
III. Certificates and licensing from Relevant Authorities where applicable
- Tax Compliance Certificate
- Current bank statement.

Pre-qualification documents to be submitted with proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs 3,000 per category to Mafanikio SACCO mezzanine floor reception during office working hours. Payment can also be made to Mafanikio Sacco Pay Bill Number 854846. A/C Name is name of your organization.
The Pre-Qualification documents shall be delivered to Mafanikio SACCO Office enclosed in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked “PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS 2022-2023 indicating the reference code no. and item description “and should be addressed to.

All Prequalification documents should be received by Tuesday 5th November 2021. The prequalification documents will be opened on Friday 9th November 2021 at 2:00pm at Mafanikio SACCO mezzanine floor boardroom and one representatives of the firms are welcome to witness the opening.
Note. This is an application for prequalification and not tender for supply of goods/services. Only shortlisted firms will be requested to provide competitive quotations for the purchase of goods/services as and when needed.
Mafanikio SACCO reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without giving any reasons thereof.
