AVSI Foundation in Kenya is an international NGO operating in Kenya currently involved in education, child protection, nutrition, agriculture and economic empowerment sectors currently operating in 26 Counties and seeking to prequalify contractors/companies/IT firms/enterprises to undertake the following works and supplies:
LOT 1: Supplies of stationery and general supplies
LOT 2: Supplies of furniture and fittings
LOT 3: Annual Computer and printer maintenance
LOT 4: Annual photocopiers maintenance
LOT 5: Computer and computer accessories supplies
LOT 6: Annual motor vehicle maintenance
LOT 7: Printing and visibility materials
Subject: Suppliers prequalification 2021 – 2022
AVSI Foundation seeks to prequalify competent companies/organizations/IT firms/enterprises services for:-
Ø Stationery and general supplies
Ø Furniture and fittings
Ø Computer and printer maintenance
Ø Photocopier maintenance
Ø Computer and computer accessories supplies
Ø Motor vehicle maintenance
Ø Printing and visibility
Requirements:
- Company profile with
- PIN and registration certificate
- Audited accounts for the last 2 years
- Certificate of compliance
- County operating business license
- Backed/proven past experience
- Operating license
Evaluation criteria
- Financial and economic capabilities
- Proven past performance and experience
Prequalification documents must be submitted via mail (nairobi@avsi.org cc logistic.nairobi@avsi.org) with the heading AVSINRB/11/20 followed by the lot number not later than (Date 7 -12-2020) at 17.00 Hrs. Five suppliers will be contracted in each lot.
