Gatamathi Water and Sanitation Company is a Water Service Provider licensed to provide water & sanitation services in Mathioya, upper parts of Kangema and Kiharu Sub-Counties in Murang’a County. The Company invites applications from qualified and competent suppliers for the supply and delivery of goods and provision of services as listed below for the financial year 2021/2022. The suppliers must provide copies of the following documents: Registration certificate, PIN certificate and VAT certificate where applicable.

Interested candidates may obtain the above documents from the Company’s Head Office at Nyakianga next to Nyakianga Health Centre, Mathioya Sub-County off Kangema/Kiria-ini road during normal working hours [7.00am to 4.00pm] upon payment of Kshs 1,000.00 non-refundable per set. The document can also be downloaded free from the Company’s website www.gatamathiwsp.co.ke with effect from 18th May, 2021
Completed tender document should be submitted in plain sealed envelope, clearly indicating the tender Number Reference being applied for and deposited in the Tender box located at the Company’s Head Office at Nyakianga or sent by post to:

So as to be received not later than 2nd June, 2021, at 10.00 a.m. The Tender document will be opened immediately thereafter at the Company’s Boardroom in the presence of bidders or their representatives but shall be limited to one person per company and must comply with all MOH preventive measures and regulations by PPRA on covid 19.
