Tenders are invited for pre-qualification/registration of Suppliers/Service providers from interested and eligible bidders for the supply/provision of the under listed goods, works and services for the financial year running between January 2021 to December 2021

The Pre-qualification documents may be inspected and obtained from the Procurement Office in Milimani Estate, along Baring Road (Adjacent to Clarice Hotel) upon payment of a mandatory non-refundable fee of Kshs. 2,000.00 per item. At the time of submitting the completed Prequalification document, such Tenderers shall be required to enclose a copy of the receipt or payment slip evidencing payment of a mandatory non-refundable fee of Kshs. 2,000.00 per item. All payments shall be made to Impact-RDO Admin, Bank A/c No. 7775580319, NCBA Bank, Kenya, Kisumu Branch.
Pre-qualification documents in plain sealed envelopes dearly marked “Pre-qualification of Suppliers 2021” indicating clearly the preferred Code No…. and Item Description… as indicated above and addressed to:-

and placed in the Tender Box situated in our head office in Milimani Estate, along Baring Road (Adjacent to Clarice Hotel), Milimani Estate, Kisumu so as to be received on or before FRIDAY, 27th November 2020AT 3.00 P.M.
The Pre-qualification Documents will be opened soon after the closing time in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
