REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS 2021-2023
The institute of Primate Research (IPR) is a directorate of the National Museums of Kenya (NMK). Its core business is to undertake Biomedical and Applied Research, aimed at providing solutions to challenging health issues. The institute is equally engaged in bio-diversity conservation.
We are looking for competent suppliers through the registration procedure to be included in our list of preferred suppliers for provision of goods, works and services listed below.
Existing suppliers who wish to continue working with us must also apply. All applicants must be VAT and PIN compliant, and should meet the statutory requirements as well.

Registration documents with detailed information can be downloaded from our website: www.primateresearch.org or http://supplier.treasury.go.ke free of charge. Those who download the Registration documents from our website should come for registration of their firms with Procurement Office weekdays between 9:00 am to 12:30 pm.
Complete Registration documents in plain sealed envelope with the appropriate tender title marked on top “Registration of Suppliers” should be addressed to:

and deposited in the Tender Box situated at the IPR Administration reception area on or before 15th June 2021 at 10:00 am. IPR is located at end of Karen Road.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at 11:00 am in the conference hall in the presence of the applicants or their representatives who may choose to attend. Late tenders will not be received.
The Institute of Primate Research reserves the right to accept or reject any application in whole or in part.
