Tenders are invited from eligible and qualified firms for supply and delivery of various goods, works and provision of services to Government departments /institutions within Kajiado County as and when required for the period ending 30th June 2023

Interested bidders / tenderers may obtain a set of tender documents with detailed specifications from the respective Sub-County Supply Chain Management Offices at Loitoktok, Isinya, Kajiado West, Kajiado North and Kajiado Central/Mashuuru/Oloililai during normal working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs.1000,00 (One thousand only] payable at their respective Sub-county Treasuries.
In addition to conditions provided in the tender document, bidders must attach: Copy of their Original Business Certificate, Copy of the Original VAT Certificate and PIN Number, Copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate, Single Business Permit and NCA Certificate where applicable.
Printed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes indicating tender number and bearing no indication of the tenderer to be deposited in tender boxes situated at the entrance of the County Commissioners’ and Deputy county commissioners’ offices or addressed to respective Deputy County Commissioners as indicated above:
So as to reach on or before 10:00 AM on 13th July 2021.
Documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the boardrooms of the County Commissioner and respective Deputy County Commissioners and in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
