Interested bidders /tenderers may obtain a set of tender documents with detailed specifications from the respective Sub-county Supply Chain Management Offices at Makueni, Mukaa, Kathonzweni, Kilungu, Kibwezi, Mbooni West, Mbooni East, Makindu and Nzaui during normal working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs.1000.00 payable at their respective Sub-county Treasuries. Prequalification documents will be obtained free of charge. Bidders must attach: Copy of their business registration certificate, Copy of the original VAT certificate and PIN Number, Copy of Valid TAX compliance certificate, Single business permit and NCA Certificate where applicable. For Tender No. MKN/CC/13/2021-2023 one must attach certificate of good Conduct and Tender No. MKN/CC/24/2021-2023 One must attach a certificate of Clearance from the County Mechanical Officer. Price quoted must be NET, inclusive of all Government taxes as well as incidental costs and must remain valid for 90 days [ninety] from the closing date.
Printed tender documents in plain sealed Envelopes indicating tender number and bearing no indication of the tenderer to be deposited in tender boxes situated at the respective Deputy County Commissioners’ Offices as mentioned above.
So as to reach on or before 29th June, 2021, at 10:00 am.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
