PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS NOTICE |
Tharaka Technical and Vocational College is an institution based in Tharaka Nithi County, Kenya that majors in Technical Training.
Tharaka Technical invites applications for pre-qualification from interested suppliers for provision of various services, goods and works. Pre-qualification documents containing detailed requirements and terms & conditions may be obtained from the college website: www.tharakatechnical.ac.ke free of charge or procurement office during working hours.
BIDDERS MUST ATTACH CERTIFIED COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Single business permit
- Valid tax compliance certificate
- Valid PIN /VAT certificate
- Valid business registration/incorporation certificate
- Valid NCA certificate in the case of construction category
- Bidders must serialize each page of the prequalification document submitted
Complete tender documents in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS and addressed to:

Should be sent through the above address or be deposited in the tender box in the college reception so as to be received on or before 29th June, 2021 at 10.00am. The prequalification documents will be opened immediately thereafter at the Deputy Principal’s office in the presence of bidders/ their representatives who may wish to witness.
