Complete prequalification documents with detailed information may be obtained from Samburu West NGCDF office located in Maralal near Samburu county Assembly offices, during office working hours (8.00AM – 5.00PM) upon payment of non- refundable fee of Kenya shillings One thousand (1,000.00) per set document either in bankers cheque or cash payable to Samburu West NGCDF Bank Account No. 1100276511144, Equity Bank Maralal Branch.
Complete Pre-qualification documents in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the requisite reference; PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS 2022-2024. Should be addressed to:-
Fund Account Manager, Samburu West NG-CDF P.O Box 450-20600 MARALAL.
And should be delivered and dropped in the Tender Box provided at the SAMBURU WEST NG-CDF offices, so as to be received not later than 12th April 2023 at 10:00AM. Documents submitted after this will NOT BE ACCEPTED.
The pre-qualification documents will be opened immediately thereafter at 10:30a.m and tenderers or their representatives are welcome to attend and witness the opening at SAMBURU WEST NG-CDF BOARDROOM.
