| PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR GOODS, SERVICES AND WORKS |
KC1C Group (Kenya Climate Innovation Center, Kenya Climate Ventures Ltd (KCV Ltd) and KCIC Consulting Limited) are in the process of pre-qualifying suppliers for various goods, services and works for the calendar year 2021 to year 2023.
Detailed pre-qualification documents can be downloaded from www.kenyacic.org. Alternatively, interested firms may send an email to procurement@kenyacic.org requesting for the pre-qualification document. Payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 2,000.00 per document will apply. Payment can be made via MPESA pay bill option 880100, Account number 2594680245 or via banker’s cheque payable to Kenya Climate Innovation Center.
SUBMISSION PROCESS
Completed pre-qualification documents accompanied by proof of payment should be delivered in a plain sealed envelope bearing the words “KCIC Group-Prequalification of goods, services and works – 2020” (Indicate category number and item) and delivered at Strathmore Business School, 3rd Floor, Madaraka Estate, Ole Sangale Road, Nairobi, no later than Wednesday 4th November, 2020 by 5:00PM East African time.
