PREQUALIFICATION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES
The Resilience Learning Activity [RLA] is USAID/Kenya and East Africa’s learning award that supports regional and country-level institutions to conduct and act upon resilience learning for key knowledge gaps in the Horn of Africa, contributing to the region’s Journey to Self-Reliance.
The Resilience Learning Activity is seeking individual independent consultants or firms to support programmatic objectives that strengthen the resilience capacities of local communities, partners, and leaders through technical assistance and capacity building in Wajir, Garissa, Isiolo, Marsabit, Samburu, and Turkana Counties and the Horn of Africa Region.
Through this advertisement, RLA invites interested and eligible applicants [including current service providers] to participate in a prequalification exercise for provision of services under the categories listed below, for a period of two years beginning February 15,2021 to February 15,2023.
