PREQUALIFICATION/ REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR 2023-2025 FINANCIAL YEARS
JOOUST invites eligible and interested bidders to apply for Prequalification / Registration of suppliers for the
year 2023-2025 for the supply and provision of goods, services and works. Closing date 10/5/2023 at 11.00
am.
Tender documents containing detailed specifications for both Prequalification / Registration of Suppliers and
Provision of Medical Insurance cover for Members of staff be downloaded free of charge at JOOUST website
www.jooust.ac.ke. Bidders who wish to obtain hard copies of the tender documents can do so at the Procurement
office at JOOUST Main Campus at a non- refundable tender fee of Kshs 1,000.00, from Monday to Friday
between 8.00 am to 5.00 pm. (All payments should be made to KCB Bank Bondo Branch, A/C Name: Jaramogi
Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology; A/C No.1113046066). Upon payment of the tender fee,
tenderers are required to obtain an official receipt from JOOUST cash office before collecting tender document.
Complete tender document (One copy for each category for prequalification and two copies for
Provision of Medical Insurance) should be enclosed in plain sealed envelope marked with tender number
and tender reference name. The filled tender document should be submitted and deposited in the Tender
Box at the Reception Area, Administration Block at JOOUST Main Campus, Bondo on or before Wednesday

The University reserves the right to reject any tender application in whole or part. Canvassing will
lead to automatic disqualification
