The complete set of documents must be submitted in a plain sealed envelope marked with Tender NO: CAT/REG/…/2023-2025 or CAT/FC…/2023- 2025 for framework contracts with respective category number and category description and deposited at the tender box placed at the entrance of County Assembly of Turkana offices and should be addressed to:

The documents should be deposited in the Tender Boxes locate: at Assembly entrance so as to be received on or before Friday 11th August 2023 at 11.00 AM. Tenders submitted later than the indicated date and time shall automatically be disqualified.
Applications shall be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may wish to attend in the supply chain management department Boardroom.
Any canvassing or giving false information will lead to automatic disqualification.
