Tender requirements, instructions and complete tender/prequalification/registration documents may be obtained from Procurement Office during normal working hours (Monday-Friday) from 8:00 a.m to 1:00 p.m and from 2:00 p.m to 5:00 p.m upon payment of non-refundable fee of KES.1000/- in bankers cheque or direct deposit to University of Eldoret Main Bank Account No 01021073342500, National Bank, Eldoret Branch (For Purchase of Examination Answer Booklets) and Farm Bank Account No 01129183170001, Co-operative Bank Eldoret Branch (For Purchase of Farm Animals and 10% deposit amount) or be downloa d ed fro m th e University of Eldoret website: www.uoeld.ac.ke or www.tenders.go.ke free of charge.
VIEWING: Viewing of animals will be done between 19th April to 3rd May, 2022 during normal working days and hours. Monday – Friday (8:00am – 1:00pm) and (2:00pm -5:00pm).

Submission of complete tender documents in hard copies in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked with the Tender name and Tender Reference Number should be addressed and delivered to:

Or deposited in the Tender Box ‘A’ at University of Eldoret Administration Block so as to be received on or before 3rd May, 2022 at 11:00 am local time.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders/their representatives who choose to attend, at the Forestry Complex Boardroom.
Due to restriction on physical meeting/gatherings as issued by the Government to curb Covid-19, only one representative / tenderer per tender will be allowed to witness the opening. University shall strictly adhere to guidelines issued by the Government on Covid-19 pandemic during opening of the tenders.
Late tenders shall not be accepted.
