INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT) 

PROCUREMENT OF A CALL CENTRE SOLUTION FOR CENTRAL BANK OF KENYA – CBK/022/2023-2024
1. The Central Bank of Kenya invites sealed tenders for the procurement of a Call centre solution for Central
Bank of Kenya.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all eligible, qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours [insert office hours if applicable i.e.,0900to1500hours] at the address given below.
4. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Websitestenders.go.ke and www.centralbank.go.ke.
Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge. Tenderers downloading documents from the
Website shall advise the Procurement Entity that they have downloaded the tender documents, giving full
contact addresses of the tenderer (email, telephone number and postal address).
5. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 5th December 2023 at 10.30 a.m. in the GSD Conference Room on 5th floor of the CBK Building.

Interested bidders intending to join the meeting online are requested to share their
email addresses.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kshs. 50,000.00, valid for 240 days from the date
of tender opening.
7. Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 210
days from the closing date of the tender.
8. Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference
number and be deposited in the Green Tender Box No. 3 at the main entrance, ground floor of Central
Bank of Kenya along Haile Selassie Avenue, so as to be received on or before 13th December 2023 at
10.30 A.M. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
9. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
