INVITATION TO TENDER
PROCUREMENT OF A MEDIUM DUTY UTILITY PASSENGER VEHICLE
TENDER NO.MCK/001/PROC/TENDER- 005/24-25
1. The MEDIA COUNCIL OF KENYA invites sealed tenders for the supply of goods A MEDIUM DUTY
UTILITY PASSENGER VEHICLE.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National/International) [NATIONAL]
using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. In case this tender is subject to a Reservation, specify the Group is eligible to tender, Insert e.g.
“Tendering is open to all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately
with………N/A………………”).
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below.
Tender documents detailing the requirements may be obtained from the Media Council of Kenya website
www.mediacouncil.or.ke free of charge.
5. Prospective bidders may also download the tender document from Public Procurement Information Portal
(PPIP) website or PPIP on www.tenders.go.ke free of charge.
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to the Supply
Chain Management Office, Media Council of Kenya at Britam Centre, Ground Floor, Mara Ragati
Road, P.O. Box 43132 – 00100 Nairobi, Kenya to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a “tender Security” of Kshs.560,000.00.
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 11TH APRIL, 2025 at 11 am.
