4) Must attach Copy of Valid KRA Certificate indicating tax obligations
5) Must attach Copy of Valid Trade License
6) Must attach Copy of after sale service document of the machine for a period of 2 years
7) Must attach original copy of 2% Bid Bond for Limited Firms / AGPO Firms to sign tender declaring forms
