INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT) 

PROCUREMENT OF HYPERION / BUDGET SYSTEM HARDWARE 
TENDER NO. TNT/016/2022-2023 
1. The National Treasury invites sealed tenders for the Procurement of Hyperion /
Budget System Hardware
2. Tendering will be conducted under National Open Tender using a Standardized Tender
Document. Tendering is open to all eligible, qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours from 0900 hrs to 1600 hrs at the address given below.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.tenders.go.ke and www.treasury.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender
document must forward their particulars immediately to
procurement@treasury.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the Tender Documents submitted.
6. A Mandatory Virtual Pre-Tender Conference will be held on Tuesday 21st

February, 2023 at 10.00 a.m. with interested tenderers. Invitations to the pretender virtual /video conference meeting shall be sent to the interested tenderers
who submitted their particulars to the email procurement@treasury.go.ke before
Tuesday 21st
February, 2023 at 10.00 a.m.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Kenya Shillings Kenya
Shillings Nine Hundred Thousand Only (Kshs. 900,000.00) from a Reputable
Bank in Kenya valid for 30 days beyond the Tender Validity period
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 11.00 a.m. East
African Time on Tuesday 28th
February, 2023. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified
above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly
opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose
to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
