Interested eligible bidders may download a complete set of tender documents from the County Website: www.kericho.go.ke and /or PPIP Portal: www.tenders.go.ke or Kenya IFMIS Supplier’ Portal using the respective negotiation numbers. Documents downloaded are free of charge and bidders are advised to register at the Head of Supply Chain Management office or via email at supplychain@kericho.go.ke for purposes of communication in case of addendum;
Bid documents must be serialized/paginated and clearly marked with the Tender Number and Tender Name.

And MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH IFMIS PORTAL AND HARD COPY DEPOSITED in the Tender Box located at County Headquarters along Kisumu – Nakuru highway, opposite Sinendet Towers on the entrance at the ground floor on or before 10th December, 2021 at 10.00am East African Time.
Tender is only open to those who meet the requirements for eligibility.
Bulky or large bid documents which cannot go through the slot of the Tender. Box must be delivered to the office of Head Supply Chain Management, at County headquarters ground floor room 102 on or before 10.00 a.m. on 10th December, 2021.
Tenders will be opened immediately in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in the County Conference Hall ground floor at County Headquarters.
All bidders are advised to regularly check the above-mentioned website during the bidding period.
