PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF 4.NO DOOR PIT LATRINES AT NAMIKELO
PRIMARY SCHOOL IN BUNGOMA COUNTY

NG-CDF KANDUYI CONSTITUENCY through NAMIKELO PRIMARY SCHOOL ,invites
tenders from eligible bidders for the following works under mentioned being funded by NGCDF

SITE VISIT
Interested Contractors are advised to visit the sites to familiarize themselves
with the proposed works.
ELIGIBILITY
Interested bidders are required to meet the following mandatory
conditions: –
1) Copy of the National Construction Authority Certificate (Building
Works) NCA 8 above; accompanied practicing license.
2) Attach certified copy of Business Registration/Incorporation;
3) Attach certified copy of current and Valid Tax Compliance Certificate;
4) A certified copy of valid Single Business Permit license from the
relevant County Government.
5) Certified Copy of audited financial statements of accounts for the last
three years (2020,2021 and 2022) signed by an Accountant/Auditor
Registered member of ICPAK.
6) Attach certified copy of CR12 for limited companies (should be
within (6) months). Attach certified copies of IDs/passport for
Directors as per attached CR12.
7) Completely filled in and stamped, Confidential Business Questionnaire,
8) Form of Tender must be duly completed, signed and stamped in the
format provided bythe Director or if delegated, attach a letter of
attorney.
9) Must fill, sign and stamp the Confidential Business Questionnaire in the
format provided
10) Proof of similar work of similar magnitude;
11) Tender documents must be sequentially paginated/serialized on
each page including all the attachments.
12) Prices Quoted MUST be inclusive of all taxes and remain valid for a
period of 120 days from the day of opening the bids
13) Bid security of Ksh. 10,000 from reputable bank or Insurance Company
approved by PPRA for open tenders as specified in the tender
documents.
14) Interested tenderers must provide a letter of authority authorizing the
KANDUYI CDFOFFICE AT KANDUYI IN BUNGOMA COUNTY to seek
for confirmation or counter check any of the information provided in
the tender document from a relevantsource.
15) Must fill, sign and stamp Anti-Corruption Declaration/commitment
pledge form.
16) Must fill, sign and stamp Debarment Declaration form in the format
provided?

Tenders to be received on or before Friday 1st September,2023 at 10.00 A.M. Local Time.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of tenders and /or their
representatives who choose to attend.
Late applications will not be accepted.
