- Turkana County Government invites sealed tenders from eligible Electrical contractors for Proposed
PROPOSED COMPLETION OF LOKIRIAMA RESORT Contract for Turkana County Executive offices
in Lodwar, Turkana County. - Further information as pertains to this tender may be obtained during working hours (Monday to
Friday) between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm using the following address: The Director, Supply Chain
Management Services, County Headquarters’ offices, Lodwar, normal working hours. - A complete set of tender documents containing detailed information may be downloaded from the PPIP
PORTAL website: www.tenders.go.ke OR Turkana County website: www.turkana.go.ke OR on the
IFMIS platform using the negotiation number provided above, at no cost. - Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain
valid for 180 days from the closing date of the tender. - Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kshs. 200,000.00, valid for 180 days
from the date of tender opening. Failure to attach the Tender Security will lead to automatic rejection
of the tender. - Completed tender documents are to be uploaded through the IFMIS Suppliers portal
(http://supplier.treasury.go.ke) so as to be received on or before date 7th April, 2025 at 10.00 Am - Preliminary and Technical bid documents shall be opened immediately after the closing date online and
the suppliers shall receive notification on the opening date of commercial bids which shall be projected at
the treasury boardroom. Bidders or their representatives may attend the commercial opening. - Bidders are required to serialize all the pages of the bid document submitted including any
addendum, appendixes and attachments. Late tenders will be automatically locked out.
