TENDER NOTICE
The State Department for Labour and Skills Development invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for the tender
detailed below:

Qualified and interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours (8.00AM- 1.00PM and 2.00PM – 5.00PM local time) at the address given below;
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates from the Head of Supply Chain
Management, the State Department for Labour and Skills Development at NSSF Building Block A, Eastern Wing
14th Floor room 1405 during normal working hours upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Kshs.
1,000.00 only. All payments shall be made to the cash office at State Department for Labour and Skills Development
at NSSF Building Block A Eastern Wing 2nd Floor during normal working hours. Candidates are advised
to obtain an official receipt upon payment. The document may also be viewed and downloaded from the State
Department’s website www.labour.go.ke, or the government tender portal www.tenders.go.ke. Bidders who
download the tender document will not be required to pay any fee.
1. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes and shall remain valid for 156 days
from the date of opening.
2. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security as follows;

The tender security should be in form of a bank Guarantee from a reputable local bank or a guarantee by an
Insurance Company registered and licensed by the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) and listed by Public Procurement
Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
