The NG-CDF Moiben Constituency invites sealed bids for Construction works for the following tender;

Applicants wishing to participate MUST attach the following documents: –
- Certified copy of valid business registration/Incorporation.
- Certified copy of valid CR12 issued within the last one year.
- Valid Single business permit
- Certified copy of Valid NCA certificate and practising license [NCA 5 and above).
- Certified copy of Valid KRA Pin Registration Certificate.
- Certified copy of Valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
- Evidence of similar works in the last five years.
- Certified copy of audited accounts for the last three years.
- Evidence to access to lines of credit and availability of other financial resources.
- Proof of tools equipment and personnel.
- Written special power of Attorney certified by commissioner of oaths
- Bid security Ksh. 660,000 from reputable bank or insurance company.
Eligible tenderers may obtain further information from chief’s office during normal working hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000 in cash at the Chepkoilel Chief’s Office per set of documents. Priced quoted must be inclusive for all government taxes applicable.
