The Office of Homa Bay County Women Representative through the National Government Affirmative Action Fund invites sealed tenders for THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION AND COMPLETION OF RAMBA MARKET SHED IN KABONDO SUB COUB COUNTY, HOMA BAY COUNTY.
Interested eligible ladders may down load complete set of tender document to inspect and obtain further information from www.ngaaf.go.ke thereafter appropriately fill it in three sets of which one is marked .ORIGINAL” and the remaining two marked “COPY”
Bidders must fulfill following:
- i)Attach valid copy of Tax compliance certificate,
- ii)Attach valid copy of PIN certificate,
iii) Attach valid copy of Certificate of incorporation.
- iv)Attach valid copy of Business Permit.
- v)Attach Original bid bond security o f2% of contract sum from a reputable insurance firm addressed to NGAAF Co-coordinator Homa Bay County
- vi)Attach Valid NCA Registration certificate of building works category 4 and above and annual practicing license.
vii) Attach certified current bank statement
viii) Attach proof of similar works done in the last five years through contract notification letters and their related completion certificates.
- ix)Attach certified audited financial accounts for the last five years.
- x)Attach proof of relevant plants, equipment and machines for works.
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of tender and duly filled tender form.
Completed tender documents clearly marked with tender description number as “Tender reference No: HBY/CSDCU/NGAAF/36/2022/2023 should be returned during working hours enclosed In a plain sealed envelope/ carton so as to be received on or before 16th June, 2023 at 9:00 a.m upon payment of non-re fundable fees of KSh. 2,000/= only in cash or Bankers Cheque payable to:

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates or their representatives who choose to attend.
