INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF 1NO. 200M3 UNDERGROUND WATER TANK AT SOLOLO LEVEL IV HOSPITAL

TENDER NO. MBT/COU/HEALTH/1435934/2023-2024 
The County Government of Marsabit invites sealed tenders for the construction of the proposed construction of 1no.
200m3 underground water tank at Sololo Level Iv hospital
1. Tendering will be conducted under Restricted competitive method (National) using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all Prequalified Contractors under Building and Civil Category.
2. The tender is Reserved for AGPO: – Youth
Tenderers will be allowed one lot only.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents on PPIP
(PUBLIC PROCUREMENT INFORMTION PORTAL)
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.tenders.go.ke and
www.marsabit.go.ke . Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to (insert email, telephone and postal address) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for (…)
days from the date of opening of tenders.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered ONLINE before 6th February 2024
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and
times pecified later. Tenders will be opened online
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
