The tender documents containing detailed information on the tenders can freely be downloaded from the county government website: www.turkana.go.ke or IFMIS PORTAL www.treasury.go.ke or PPLP Portal: www.tenders.go.ke . Complete tender documents must be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL: supplier.treasury.go.ke as per the requirements contained in the document so as to be received on or before the date and time indicated in the IFMIS.
All documents uploaded must be titled and DO NOT submit documents as a link. This will lead to automatic disqualification.
Bidders must upload copy of original bid security to the IFMIS Portal and deliver the ORIGINAL bid security to the office of the Director Supply Chain Management Services, Procurement Unit. Prices quoted must remain valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the opening date. The bid security must be valid for one hundred and fifty (150) days from the opening dale.
