The applicants must have the following.
- a)Tender confidential business questionnaire form (duly filled, signed and stamped).
- b)Form of tender (duly filled, signed and stamped).
- c)Bill of quantities (duly filled, signed and stamped).
- d)Certificate of incorporation
- e)VAT / PIN certificate.
- f)Valid tax compliant certificate from KRA
- g)Valid NCA certificate of category 7 Building works
- h)Valid Annual NCA Contractor Practicing License
- i)Bid bond of 2% of tender price from a reputable bank/microfinance institution/insurance company.
- j)Details of similar works completed within five years.
- k)Sound financial standing (Audited accounts for the last three years
- l)Name, qualification and experience of key personnel.
- m)Evidence of Building Equipment ownership/lease agreement.
