The Maryhill Girls High School invites tenders from contractors to carry out the following works.

Interested Contractors who are registered in relevant NCA categories and have carried out similar works in the last five years may obtain tender documents from Mary Hill Girls High School -Thika. The non-refundable fee is to be paid in cash at the Cash Office before 4.00pm on normal working days.

Interested bidders should note that only those meeting the criteria indicated below as a minimum, supported by relevant documents at submission will be considered for further evaluation.,

1. Proof of works of similar magnitude and complexity undertaken in the last five years.
2. The Bid Bond must be in form of Bank Guarantee from a reputable bank.
3. Adequate equipment and key personnel for the specified types of works.
4. Sound financial standing and adequate access to bank credit line.
5. Litigation History of the Company [both court and arbitration cases].
6. Confidential Business Questionnaire.
7. Tax Compliance Certificate.
8. Incorporation certificate
9. NCA certificate in the relevant category
10. NCA Class of license renewed to date

Tenders in plain sealed envelopes, marked tender number on the right hand side corner and bearing no indication of the tenderer should be addressed to: –

and placed in the tender box at the reception of the main administration block, Maryhill Girls High School or sent by post so as to reach the above address not later than 15^th APRIL AT 2.00PM. Submitted bids will be opened publicly in the Schools boardroom soon after the above stated closing date and time in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be returned unopened.

Prices quoted must remain valid for one hundred twenty [120] days from the opening date of the tender.

The Bid Security, which must be strictly from an established bank shall be valid for one hundred fifty [150] days from tender opening date.

The Maryhill Girls High School reserves the right to reject any tender without giving reasons for the rejection and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
