NG-CDF EMUHAYA CONSTITUENCY TENDER MARCH 2025 

NG-CDF EMUHAYA Constituency invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following proposed project in Emuhaya constituency.

Interested eligible bidders may download a complete set of tender documents from the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) free of charge or obtain hard copies from the respective school as from 8.00am-5.00pm on normal working days after payment of a non-refundable fee of ksh. 1000 and must meet the following mandatory requirements as outlined in the tender document.

1. Valid copy of Certificate of Incorporation /Business Registration.
2. Valid copy of N.C.A registration certificate category 7 and above in building works.
3. Valid annual N.C.A practicing license for the above category
4. Current copy of CR 12(List of Directors), beneficial owners, name if proprietor or names of partners for the bidder not more than one year old
5. Copy of valid Tax compliant certificate.
6. Valid Single Business Permit.
7. Attach a bid bond of kshs 350,000 from a Bank/approved Financial Institution.
8. Dully filled, signed and stamped form of Tender and Confidential Business Questionnaire
9. Certified audited financial accounts for the last three years.
10. Certified current bank statement/letter of credit for the last Six months.
11. Provide litigation History.
12. Evidence of 2 completed projects of similar nature, complexity and magnitude.
13. Have all pages of the bid documents serialized/paginated.
