TENDER NOTICE
AWENDO NGCDFC invites qualified contractors to tender for the following projects.

PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF 8NO. STOREY CLASSROOMS BLOCK AT ST.ANN DEDE PRIMARY SCHOOL
ELIGIBILITY: All

The applicants must have the following.
1. Tender confidential business questionnaire form (duly filled, signed and stamped).
2. Form of tender (duly filled, signed and stamped).
3. Bill of quantities (duly filled, signed and stamped).
4. Certificate of incorporation
5. VAT / PIN certificate.
6. Valid tax compliant certificate from KRA
7. Valid NCA certificate of category 7 Building works
8. Valid Annual NCA Contractor Practicing License
9. Bid bond of 2% of tender price from a reputable bank/microfinance institution/insurance
company.
10. Details of similar works completed within five years.
11. Sound financial standing (Audited accounts for the last three years
12. Name, qualification and experience of key personnel.
13. Evidence of Building Equipment ownership/lease agreement.
Interested eligible contractors may obtain further information and tender documents at the
Awendo NGCDF Offices situated at the DCCs compound during normal working hours from
8:00am to 5:00pm. From 26th April to 10th May 2024 upon payment of Ksh.1000 (One thousand
shillings) only inform of cash or Banker’s Cheques drawn in favor of Awendo National
Government Constituency Development Fund. However, Special groups who present AGPO
Certificates will be issued with the tender documents free of charge.
Dully filled tender documents must be returned to the Awendo NGCDF Office Tender Box in a
plain sealed envelope with the tender number indicated on the top left hand corner addressed to;
THE FUND ACCOUNT MANAGER, AWENDO NG-CDF, P.O BOX 450-40405-SARE

So as to be received on or not later than 10th May 2024 AT 12.00 NOON. Opening of tender
application documents will be publicly done at the Awendo NGCDF Conference room in the
presence of bidders who choose to attend
NOTE:
-Late documents shall not be accepted and will be returned unopened
– Canvassing will lead to disqualification of the Company.
