Interested bidders should note that only those who meet the criteria indicated below as minimum requirement supported by the relevant documents as at the time of submission will be considered for evaluation.

- Updated CR12 Showing list of directors.
- Proof of current registration with NCA as stated above and valid NCA Practicing license
- Copy of KRAP.I.N Certificate
- Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
- Proof of similar works and their value undertaken in the last three years [Attach Completion Certificates)
- The document should be paginated.
- Dully filled, stamped and signed form offender.
- Dully filled, stamped and signed business questionnaire.
- Copy of receipts.
- Bid bond of 3% of the total project cost from a recognized bank as stated in the document.
- Proof of works of similar magnitude and complexity undertaken in the last three years.
- Bank statement and audited accounts.
- Certification of mandatory documents by legal authority.
